On The Plate NYC is the culinary expression and vision of Executive Chef Jamie Schoenfeld. Chef Jamie’s inspired cuisine is seasonally driven, globally influenced, and grounded in classic French technique.

He began cooking at an early age at the side of his mother and culinary mentor Jo-ann Schoenfeld. His professional experience has spanned several kitchens, including Buffet de la Gare in his hometown of Hastings-on-Hudson, NY working under Executive Chef Gwenael Goulet, as well as the original Chumley’s in New York City. He honed his handmade pasta techniques in Bologna, Italy, pastry techniques in Paris, and traditional and modern culinary techniques in San Sebastian, Spain.

Whether you are celebrating a special occasion with a seated dinner for 12, or a Summer Soirée for 40 guests, Chef Jamie, and his professional staff will ensure an extraordinary and unforgettable culinary experience.
